Injection system ------injection structure adopts three grades injection system with two grades injection speed and one grade pressurizing which can meet requirement of die-casting technology. Through adjusting start time of the quick injection to preset slow stroke distance. Cooling the injection piston head with water.
The injection chamber is made from good quality mould steel, after heat treatment. It has rather high rigidity and wearable.
Hydraulic system---------The machine is drived by hydraulic system .Machine die closing and opening, ejecting out and back and dnockout core cylinders driving are controlled by a tribit four way electro-hydraulic valve. And driving of the injection and injection back cylinder are controlled by a twain four way electro-hydraulic valve.
Electric operating system-------The machine adopts an Fxon-60MR-001 programmable controller that is made by Japan Mitsubishi. Its main technical specification: main voltage: AC 220V±10 percent , frequency 50Hz;
The whole machine is controlled by electric system. Choose automatic Cycle working procedure normally; during debugging manual operation can be chosen.
