2. Fixed plate preparation: Place the fixed plate on the rack and pre determine the accurate positioning of the upper and lower molds of the fixed plate. Arrange the fixtures according to the size of the outer and inner molds, insert the fixing plate into the mold closer frame, and fix the plate on the frame with screws.
3. Preparation of activity board: Apply lubricating oil to the activity board of the upper mold of the die-casting machine to ensure accurate positioning of the outer and inner molds; Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the mold splitter and merge the upper and lower separated mold splitters.
4. Placement of the mold closer: Position the outer shape of the mold closer frame and secure it, then insert the movable plate into the mold closer frame and fix it to the frame with screws.
5. External and internal mold devices: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the mold closer frame, and use lifting tools to place the external mold inside the mold closer frame to ensure its accurate position. Then install the inner mold on top of the outer mold to ensure a reasonable distribution of space between the inner and outer molds.
